Project management harder than mathematics that because the
last one does not changes with time, technology and people. The principles of
math always the same even if we get out from our solar system.
In the other hand to
be a project manager, you need to practice your theory, you need to make some
mistakes and learn from them you need to update your information or you will
not be able to lead and tech and organize in this very rapid developing world.For every project we need someone who decides when we are going to start (stakeholders), we need to know the desired time to finish it, and because we don’t know the future, unexpected changes happens, like the change in politics, economy, weather or death of someone related to the project. For every change, we need to review our plan again including quality plan, procurement plan, time plan, human resources plan, and risk and finance plan. All of this process we name it integration project management, in addition to good communication and coordination between all the project members, usually and hopefully that will lead to the best execution of our project just in the desired time and budget, whatever your project is.
