The most difficult task in
project management is to extract the best
output from the staff members, because as we know differences between people,
their belief in their thinking and individualities lead to take more time for
you to analyze their personality, to be able to choose the right person for the
right job.

Strong personality, this is exactly what you need to have, but what the
meaning of the strong personality?
First,
vision and knowing what is the most likely is going to happen,
if it is bad than you are going to try to change the situation. If it is good
then you are going to motivate and ask others to continue in the same path, it
will be very good idea to have a second plan in case you could not apply the
first one and this what we call risk management.
Secondly,
commitment you need to be the good example, because people
will not listen to you if you asked them to work very hard, and you are not
working very hard, you ask them to be good to others and you are not, to come
in the time and you always late.
Third,
Leadership and understanding what’s going on in your business
and people around you, you can do that only by updating your information with
reading and by listening, in the other hand it is better to avoid making
friends in the workplace, because that’s sometimes make it hard to decide in
some issues like firing someone.
Finally, it is a challenging position to be a good
project manager,
but in the same time, it would give you flow of excitement and inspiration.
